Treatment first.
Separation follows.
An application-specific filter aid, followed by filtration. Here is how the process works—and how we evaluate it for your water.
Combine treatment with solids separation.
MultiTreat is formulated for the water and contaminants in your application. The treatment brings together an application-specific filter aid and a solid/liquid separation filter.
1. Add and mix the filter aid.
The selected formulation is added to the water and mixed before filtration. The formulation, dosage and mixing conditions are determined for your stream and treatment objectives.
2. Separate the solids from the water.
The water passes through the filter, which captures the filter aid and collected solids. The separated solids are removed for handling, while the filtered water is evaluated against your reuse or discharge requirements.
Treatment results depend on the contaminants, water chemistry and operating conditions. Sample evaluation helps determine the appropriate formulation and process.
Evaluate the fit for your process.
Before recommending a formulation or operating conditions, we start with your application and a sample of the water.
Discuss the process
Tell us what the water contains, how it is used or discharged, your current equipment and the problem you need to solve. We respond to initial inquiries within two business days.
Arrange a free sample evaluation
Following the discussion, we provide sampling instructions and arrange an evaluation at no charge. Sample requirements and timing are discussed for your application.
Review formulation and equipment fit
Review the findings with TCN. MultiTreat formulations are application-specific; suitability depends on the stream, operating conditions and separation equipment.
Agree on the next practical step
If further evaluation makes sense, discuss operating requirements, dosage considerations, solids handling and economics before deciding how to proceed.
Have a filter already?
TCN filter aids work well with any solid/liquid separation filter. We start with your existing equipment and process requirements.
Start with a conversation.
Tell us about your water, the solids or contaminants you need to address, and your existing equipment. We’ll discuss the application before arranging a free sample evaluation.
