Mold-coating residues in a centrifugal-casting operation
At a centrifugal-casting operation, fine mold-coating residues returned with used cooling water to an existing Oberlin filtration system. After TCN MultiTreat filter aid was added, the customer reported fewer cooling-system clogs, fewer cooling-related scrap problems, longer pump service life and easier solids handling.
